Let's face it, Big Momma is not happy she's single. It sucks. Anyone who is single will tell you that. And worst yet being single and a mother! Not only does it make going out to meet someone hard, you can't go out all the time (really NOT complaining about that part) but you aren't able to meet people like you used to do.
How does a single mother meet a man? Well I don't know about All single mothers, but this one only has the option left of internet dating. And I know some success stories personally. I have friends who have met on the internet, got married and are miserable just like the rest of the couples in the world. ;)
Big Momma on the other hand, I have the WORST luck. I meet men who think that all woman on the internet are easy, and stupid. That I would just toss Little Momma off to a baby sitter and go running with them where ever they want me to. Or on the first date they will just get laid or a B.J.
Now I don't care how many people actually are like that. But it's so not me. And when these men read my profile that clearly says that I don't want a casual fling, that I'm looking for the real thing, why don't they believe it? They still waste my time. And the worst part about it........
I'm really looking for the real thing. I want a man to spend the rest of my time with. I want a partner in life, someone to have more children with and just waste the rest of my life with.
Damn the internet, damn perverts, and damn dating.
Single mother writing about a little of this and that. Hardships of being a single mom. Life in general and some advice too! :)

Only My Child
Big Momma get's a call at work, my co worker gives me the work phone and low and behold, it's the nurse. Lil Momma has thrown up in music class, and apparently looks fine but could I come get her. She's fever free and acting normal but because she said she got sick she gets to go home.
So Big Momma has to leave work and go get Lil Momma. I pick her up from the school and that Snot (said with total love for my sly ass little child), is just fine. She's playing in the nurses office and just "hanging out". She say's to me, "This is my favorite place at school, are we going home now so I can watch Hannah Montana?"
Are you kidding me? Like seriously??? So I find out that this kid is FAKING it to go home and be able to watch that damn show.
So now she get's tv, after three days of none, and that she needs to EARN it, max of two shows.
Forewarning you all, watch your kids, they are all slick little brats ;)

Reading
I feel like I stopped reading when I had Little Momma. I used to read all the time. A book a day about. It was crazy. And now not at all. So I have started up again and thought I would share with you the wonderful things I choose to read, or the not so wonderful whichever the case maybe. lol.
I just read "The Help"
AMAZING. I really really enjoyed that it didn't gloss over what was going on. That people didn't treat their "help" or "maids" very well. And then again some others treated them very well and it was them with the issues. Or even in general how some women just cant stand up and use their voice.
How no matter what color, religion, sexual orientation, you should always stand up for what you believe in and what is right. Not to let some man, or other overbearing person make you feel that your opinions and feelings are wrong and you don't have a mind to speak.
Sadly this book also showed the ignorance of people, and how small mindedness can hurt others in every way.
I recommend this book to anyone that likes to read. And I even think it's a good book for young adults. Show them how their actions effect themselves and others. No matter how big or little, everything we do is important.

Who's Reading
So every time I get on I check and see if someone is reading, and YOU ARE! Which I totally love! Makes my day every time I see that I have a reader. No matter how far away you are.
Honestly even if you click on this page by mistake and get here and decide to just look around. :)
So I want to take this moment to say "Hey!" and please feel free to add yourself to my page as a friend. No matter how far away! And leave comments. I would love to hear what you have to say. Even if it doesn't agree with what I'm saying! lol

Little Momma's Turning 6!
Big Momma has to admit that she does a big deal on birthdays. I cant help it. Growing up mine where always great. Sleep overs, movies, gossip! LOL everything that a girl could love. BUT always at my house, never out somewhere, like Chucky Cheese or what not. But that's okay. I have great birthday memories. And I try my hardest for Little Momma to have the same. So I spend a huge bundle for her to have her party places, and still end up doing the sleep overs.
But this year I'm at a loss. I can only do so many places, cause let's be honest it's not like I can pay for 10 kids to go to Disney. (SHHHHHEEEEEESSSSHHHHH I cant even afford for us to go to Disney! LOL) But I don't want to copy parties either. Like her last to parties that she was invited to where at the local Gymnastics place as well as at the local Science Center. BOTH where amazing. And she wants to have parties there. But I feel like it's too soon. Like maybe next year and the year after. Cause it's still gonna be all the same kids. So that leaves the movies or Build A Bear, both at like $12 per child, with a minimum of 6 kids.
So this is my thought, who wants to go into business with me for something like this!!!!!!!!! LOL seriously! We could make a fortune at $12 a pop! Sheesh let's make it $10 so it's the cheaper option and we would still make out like a bandit.
So who knows, research time. Gotta get it all planned out and invites out before the kids go on "Winter Recess" so I know what is what.
Gotta love being a parent. :)
